Plain-language terms for the monthly plans. No fine print: this page is the agreement, and if anything here doesn't fit your situation, we'll say so before you pay anything.
(01)Care plan
- Hosting, SSL, security updates and regular backups for one website.
- Up to two small content edits per month, about 30 minutes each: text changes, image swaps, opening hours, menu items and the like. Unused edits don't roll over.
- Requests are handled within two business days.
- Bigger changes, like new pages, new features or redesigns, are quoted separately before any work starts.
(02)Growth plan
- Everything in the Care plan.
- A monthly block of visibility work: local SEO, your Google Business Profile, review management and content updates in both languages.
- Structured data and content kept legible to AI assistants as well as search engines.
- A short monthly note on what changed and what comes next. We do the work that improves visibility; no honest agency guarantees a specific ranking.
(03)Automation
- A one-time setup fee per automation (booking assistant, lead follow-up or review requests), then a monthly fee for hosting, monitoring and adjustments.
- Built on the tools you already use wherever possible; third-party subscription costs, like booking software or SMS credits, are billed to you directly.
- Each automation is tied to a number you can check: bookings made, enquiries answered, reviews earned.
(04)Billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance. Prices are in Canadian dollars and don't include GST/QST.
- Cancel anytime with a short email. The plan runs to the end of the paid month and nothing renews after that. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.
- You own your domain, your content and your code, on a plan or off it. If you ever leave, we hand over everything.
- "From" prices cover a typical small-business site; if yours needs more, we quote the exact monthly fee before you commit.
